COVID-Secure Christmas Shopping in Aslackby Village Hall

Dates: 10th & 11th October

Hello! You’re invited!

Who by? The ESC Artists (Eve & Shalini Creative Events). We have been running similar events in Stamford together for the last 10 years.

Meet the organisers:

What: Pop Up Shop filled with Lincolnshire Artists gifts

When: Next Weekend! 10th & 11th October 2020 from 10am each day

COVID-Secure: It’s appointment only shopping where you and the people in your bubble can shop for half an hour by yourselves in the shop. Masks must be worn unless you are exempt. Your hands must be sanitized (we will have plenty available) before entry. Sorry no walk-ins, you must book a time. See Booking details.

The Pop-up shop will be open from 10am each day and be set up like a shop. It will be full of handmade art and craft made by various artists, artisans and crafters who live in Lincolnshire. Most of the artists we have known for the last 10 years and they all create lovely and unique pieces. They are giving us their small and lower priced items that will make lovely Christmas gifts to buy for your friends and family.

It will be appointment only shopping which means you and the people in your bubble (up to 6) will have a half hour to yourselves in the village hall to wander (in whichever direction you choose) around the shop. To keep all of us COVID-secure, the artists themselves won’t be there. Just Eve Marshall, Shalini Austin and Cathi Prince which means you will be able to browse by yourselves and then let us know if you have any questions. There will be one main till at the end where you can pay by cash, card or cheque.

Until your appointment time you can wait in your car or outside the village hall to keep each other safe. There will be one entrance and one exit and in between customers we will be wiping down all the shared surfaces that have been touched.

Booking will be £5 per bubble and you must sign up and pay for a slot online: Your £5 will be deducted from your shopping and if you don’t show up the money will be donated to Samaritans UK. Therefore, it will non-refundable. Sorry no walk-ins, booking is essential.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with Eve. If you are unable to access the website and still want to book a slot, please phone Eve and She will be happy to book one for you with cash.
