HPC Scotland Ltd are delighted to announce the launch of our joint venture with Morrison’s Academy in Crieff, Perthshire offering a hockey technical and tactical Academy Programme in 2026.
Bringing together a comprehensive hockey programme for all level ability players from starting to play (beginners) to performance based athletes that are looking to progress to national age group programmes.
The HPC Academy programme has been operating for more than 10 years at both Kilgraston and now at Strathallan School with more than 70 players attending weekly session.
The Morrison’s Academy programme design is structured with the end game in mind, the HPC philosophy incorporates key technical skill development configured into tactical game model scheduled into 10-week blocks.
Katie Muirhead (nee Robertson), GB and Scotland International player will lead the Morrison’s Academy Programme with Ex National coach and HPC Performance Director, David Stott, supporting the weekly sessions.

Scotland and Great Britain Internationalist with 71 caps for Scotland and 13 caps for Great Britain.
I represented Team Scotland at two Commonwealth Games, competing at Gold Coast 2018 and Birmingham 2022. I was vice captain of the national team from 2022-2024 and captained Scotland at the European Championships in Monchengladbach in 2023.
Having attended HPC camps myself in my school days, I experienced first-hand the fun and professional sessions the HPC programme has to offer. The HPC academy provides a high-quality environment that challenges players technically and tactically while building confidence and game understanding. Bringing the HPC academy to Morrisons Academy is a fantastic opportunity to make elite-level coaching more accessible to the next generation of players in the Perthshire area.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Morrison’s Academy who have a vision to develop not only team sport but see the benefits of individual athlete wellbeing and development.
We are offering HPC Performance Sessions 1 & 2. We would encourage the players to participate in the whole programme where possible to complete the HPC training syllabus. If this is not possible then please book the 10 session block for Performance Session 1. It is also possible to book Tuesdays only or Wednesdays only sessions.
- The cost of HPC Performance Session 1 block is £100.00 and this should be paid at the start of the session.
- The cost of HPC Performance Session 1a (TUESDAYS) block is £50.00 and this should be paid at the start of the session.
- The cost of HPC Performance Session 1b (WEDNESDAYS) block is £50.00 and this should be paid at the start of the session.
- The cost of HPC Performance Session 2 block is £150.00 for the block and this should be paid at the start of the session.
- The cost of HPC Performance Session 2a (TUESDAYS) block is £70.00 and this should be paid at the start of the session.
- The cost of HPC Performance Session 2b (WEDNESDAYS) block is £80.00 and this should be paid at the start of the session.
